She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2012. After completing her J.D., she furthered her legal education obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law, in Washington, D.C., at the Columbus School of Law in 2013.
Joanna M. Foard spent her childhood and teen years in Lawton, Oklahoma, and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and pre-law from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
She knew from a young age that she wanted to help others, and decided that becoming an attorney was a great way to do so. During junior high school, high school, and law school, Joanna participated in multiple volunteer organizations that provided legal assistance to those in the community.
Since 2005, Kim M. McGwier has exclusively dedicated her legal career to the advocacy of children and families. She practices law from the core belief that amicable resolutions lead to emotionally and financially beneficial solutions.
A former Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and Certified Collaborative Law practitioner, Ms. McGwier sustains a high success rate of resolving her cases in mediation or negotiations saving families thousands of dollars in legal costs.

Damon I. Weiss, born and raised in Maitland, Florida, is a highly experienced and respected family law and civil litigator, who has practiced in Central Florida for over 17 years.
After graduating law school and moving back to Florida, Mr. Weiss extended his legal talents to a number of large law firms in the Central Florida area, where he practiced primarily in the areas of insurance defense and medical malpractice defense.
As with his family cases, Mr. Weiss is also fully prepared to litigate on behalf of his clients in the areas of insurance defense.
A native to Central Florida, Mr. Barclay was the valedictorian of the first graduating class of Lake Howell High School—where along with excelling in academics, he also earned varsity letters in baseball (his passion) and football.
Bert W. Barclay is a highly experienced and respected family law and criminal defense attorney who has practiced in Central Florida for over 30 years.
Mr. Barclay went on to obtain his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1981 from the University of Florida, where he also achieved acceptance into the nationally prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Academic Fraternity. .
She draws from her personal and professional experiences as well as those around her to cultivate strategies and solutions for her clients that are not set out in a book, but rather specifically suited for each client's needs and circumstances.
Aurora is a licensed Florida attorney. She is an alumni of UCF and received her law degree from Tulane University Law School. She is an active member of the Central Florida community and avid fan of Orlando sports, food, and outdoor adventures.
Aurora's passion in adoptions and terminations of parental rights has allowed her to bring families together even with all odds against them. She also specializes in LGBT issues and understand the specifics and challenges presented to same-sex couples.
